Residents applying for learner and driver licence tests, as well as card renewals, can now make use of registered optometrists for their eye tests.
Applicants are now able to have their eyesight evaluated, free of charge, at an optometrist. The ‘purple form’ as it is commonly known will be completed by the optometrist and handed to the applicant. This ‘purple form’, together with the application form, will be accepted at the City’s Driving Licence Testing Centres.
